Exchange and Return Policy
In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/90), customers have the right to exchange or return purchased products within 7 calendar days of receipt if they change their mind, without the need to provide a reason.
How to Request an Exchange or Return:
Contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the reason for your request, and, if possible, photos of the product.
Conditions for Exchanges and Returns:
The product must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, in its original packaging, and with all included accessories and items.
After Approval:
Instructions for returning the product will be sent by email. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Defective Products:
In the event of a manufacturing defect, customers have 30 days to file a complaint for non-durable products and 90 days for durable products, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
